Payment Policy

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

1.1. General rules

Deposits and withdrawals are made through the Client Area using methods available there. The Company may engage banks, processors, e-wallets and other payment providers.

1.2. Ownership of payment instruments

A User may use only funds and payment instruments belonging to that User. Third-party, anonymous and third-party destination payments are prohibited unless an exception is approved in writing and all required checks are completed.

1.3. Methods and limits

The available deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, applicable fees, currencies, and restrictions depend on the currency selected for the transaction. The current terms are displayed in the User’s Personal Account before the relevant transaction is confirmed.

1.4. Crediting

Funds are credited to the Trading Account after they have been received, the required checks have been completed, and the relevant transaction has been identified. The crediting time depends on the selected payment method, transaction currency, and processing time of the bank, blockchain network, or payment service provider. Current information is displayed in the User’s Personal Account.

1.5. Conversion

Where payment currency differs from Account currency, conversion is made at the rate shown before confirmation or supplied by the payment provider. Exchange-rate differences and third-party fees may apply.

1.6. Withdrawal request

A withdrawal may be requested up to the free verified balance not committed to open Transactions, pending checks, reversals or obligations. A request is accepted when recorded in the Client Area.

1.7. Pre-withdrawal verification

The Company may request identity, address, payment ownership, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth and other information under the AML/KYC Policy. Failure to provide documents may delay or prevent the operation, but does not permit arbitrary appropriation of verified lawful funds.

1.8. Return-to-source principle

For security and AML purposes, withdrawals are normally returned to the same method and details used for deposits, up to the amount deposited by that method. The remaining verified amount may be sent through another verified method available to the User and approved by the Company.

1.9. Processing time

A properly submitted withdrawal request is normally reviewed within three business days. In certain cases, including where additional verification is required, the review period may be extended to 14 business days, and the User shall be notified in advance.

1.10. Cancellation

While a request remains pending, the User may cancel it through the Client Area where that function is available. Cancellation is not guaranteed after submission to the payment provider.

1.11. Delay or refusal grounds

  • incomplete verification

  • name mismatch

  • incorrect or unsupported details

  • sanctions, AML/KYC or antifraud review

  • suspected unauthorised access

  • chargeback or disputed payment

  • provider outage

  • court or mandatory authority requirement

  • insufficient free verified balance

1.12. Fees

Company fees are disclosed before confirmation. Banks, payment systems, intermediaries, blockchain networks and conversion providers may charge additional fees and reduce the amount received.

1.13. Digital-asset transfers

Where digital assets are supported, the User must select the correct network and address. Transfers to an incorrect address, incompatible network or unsupported token may be irreversible.

1.14. Incorrect or duplicate payments

The User must report an incorrect or missing payment and provide its identifier, date, amount, method and evidence. The Company may correct an obvious accounting error without affecting lawful trading results unrelated to that error.

1.15. Chargebacks and reversals

A disputed or reversed payment may lead to temporary restrictions while it is investigated. The User retains mandatory rights under law and payment-scheme rules. The Company may not require a waiver of the lawful right to report an unauthorised payment.
