Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT RISK WARNING

Trading through the Atlant Trade Platform involves a high risk of financial loss and may not be suitable for all users.

Fixed-time transactions and other operations whose results depend on movements in currency prices are speculative. An incorrect prediction may result in the loss of the entire amount allocated to a transaction. Repeated unsuccessful transactions may result in the loss of some or all funds held in the Account.

Only use funds you can afford to lose without materially affecting your financial position. Past performance, Demo Account results, trading signals, market analysis, forecasts and educational materials do not guarantee future results.

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1. This Risk Disclosure describes the principal risks associated with using the Atlant Trade website, account area, trading interface, mobile applications and related services, collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

1.2. This document supplements the Terms and Conditions, Trading Rules, Deposits and Withdrawals Policy, AML/KYC Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Programme Rules and other applicable Platform documents.

1.3. This document provides a general explanation of material risks. It cannot cover every possible circumstance, market event, technical situation or legal consequence. The list of risks is not exhaustive.

1.4. This Risk Disclosure applies to fixed-time transactions and other operations linked to currency pairs and currency-price movements, as well as the Demo Account, market analysis, trading signals and educational materials, where available on the Platform.

1.5. The availability of a product or feature does not mean that it is suitable for a particular user.

2. Legal and Regulatory Status

2.1. The Platform is operated by the following legal entity:2.2.Atlant Trade  does not hold a financial-services licence authorising it to provide regulated investment, brokerage or dealing services. Company incorporation by itself does not mean that the Operator is a bank, licensed broker, regulated dealer, investment firm, payment institution or financial adviser.

2.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by applicable law:

• user funds are not bank deposits;

• funds are not protected by a deposit insurance scheme;

• users are not protected by an investor compensation fund;

• access to a statutory financial ombudsman may not be available;

• mandatory client-money protections applicable to regulated investment firms may not apply;

• a financial regulator does not supervise the Operator’s performance of obligations to users.

2.4. Nothing on the website, application, advertising materials or Platform interface should be interpreted as a statement that Atlant Trade is licensed, regulated, supervised, approved or endorsed by a government authority or financial regulator.

3. Nature of the Products

3.1. Products available on the Platform are contractual trading transactions whose results depend on changes in the quoted price of a currency pair or other currency reference displayed on the Platform.

3.2. Depending on the product structure and applicable law, such transactions may be classified as derivative, option-like, cash-settled or other speculative products.

3.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, entering into a transaction does not give the user ownership of currency or any other underlying asset, or the right to request delivery or custody. The user enters into a cash-settled contractual transaction based on movements in the displayed quote.

3.4. The result of a transaction may depend on the selected currency pair, direction, amount, opening quote, expiry time, closing quote, potential payout and applicable Trading Rules.

3.5. The products are speculative and may not be suitable for users who:

• do not understand how the transaction result is determined;

• cannot afford to lose the full transaction amount;

• use funds required for housing, food, medical care, debts or other essential expenses;

• expect guaranteed income or preservation of capital without risk;

• do not have sufficient knowledge or experience;

• make decisions under emotional or financial pressure.

4. Fixed-Time Transactions

4.1. How a transaction works

When entering into a fixed-time transaction, a user generally:

1. selects a currency pair;

2. selects the expected direction of the quote - up or down;

3. sets the transaction amount;

4. selects or accepts the applicable expiry time;

5. reviews the potential payout and other conditions;

6. confirms the transaction.

A transaction is entered into once it has been accepted and recorded by the Platform server. Displaying a request on the user’s device does not by itself mean that the transaction has been accepted by the server.

4.2. Determining the result

The result is determined by comparing the recorded opening quote with the applicable quote at the expiry time.

For an “Up” transaction, the prediction is generally successful if the closing quote is higher than the opening quote. For a “Down” transaction, the prediction is generally successful if the closing quote is lower than the opening quote. The exact calculation method is set out in the Trading Rules.

4.3. Amount at risk and potential payout

If the user’s prediction is incorrect, the user may lose the entire amount allocated to that transaction. The maximum loss on an individual fixed-time transaction is normally limited to the amount allocated to that transaction, unless clearly stated otherwise before confirmation.

The potential payout is displayed before the transaction is confirmed. It may depend on the currency pair, expiry time, market conditions, liquidity, trading session, Account type and product conditions.

The displayed payout is not guaranteed profit. It applies only where the transaction is settled as successful under the Trading Rules.

4.4. Difference between potential risk and return

The potential profit on a successful transaction may be lower than the amount lost on an unsuccessful transaction. For example, if the transaction amount is USD 100 and the potential payout is 80%, a successful transaction may produce USD 80 of profit, while an unsuccessful transaction may result in a loss of USD 100. One successful and one unsuccessful transaction under those conditions would result in a net loss of USD 20. This example is illustrative only.

4.5. Equal opening and closing quotes

If the quote at the time of expiration equals the quote at the time of opening, the trade closes with no profit and no loss. The full trade amount is returned to the User's Trading Account balance.

4.6. Cancellation and early closure

Once accepted by the server, a fixed-time transaction cannot be cancelled, amended or closed by the user before expiry unless the Platform expressly provides an early-closure function. Closing the browser, application, tab or transaction window does not cancel an accepted transaction.

Where early closure is available, its terms, availability and calculation method must be described in the Trading Rules. The amount offered for early closure may be lower than the original transaction amount and may result in a loss.

4.7. Quote unavailable at expiry

If a reliable quote is unavailable at the scheduled expiry time because of market suspension, a data-provider failure, a technical fault, abnormal market conditions or insufficient liquidity, the transaction will be handled under the Trading Rules.

The Trading Rules must specify an objective method, such as using the next available reliable quote, postponing settlement, cancelling the transaction and returning the amount, or another predetermined method. The Operator must not determine the result using an arbitrary or undisclosed quote.

4.8. Demo Account limitations

A Demo Account uses virtual funds that have no monetary value. It can help users understand the interface but does not reproduce all conditions of trading with real funds, including emotional pressure, payment procedures, verification checks, potential delays, request rejection and temporary instrument unavailability. Demo Account results do not guarantee similar Live Account results.

5. Market Risks

5.1. Volatility

Currency prices may change quickly and unpredictably. Even a small price movement may determine the result of a short-duration transaction. High volatility increases the probability of rapid and substantial losses.

5.2. Price gaps

A quote may move from one level to another without displaying intermediate prices. This may occur at market opening, following economic releases, political or geopolitical events, during low liquidity or after a trading break.

5.3. Economic and political events

Currency markets may be materially affected by central-bank decisions, interest-rate changes, inflation and employment data, elections, sanctions, armed conflicts, political instability, legal changes, emergencies and other scheduled or unexpected events.

5.4. Liquidity

Trading activity may be limited during certain periods. Low liquidity can result in fewer available quotes, delayed price updates, temporary product suspension and material differences between prices displayed by different sources.

5.5. Market suspension or unavailability

Trading in an underlying currency instrument may be suspended, restricted or discontinued. The Operator may temporarily stop accepting transactions where reliable pricing is not available.

6. Quotes and Execution

6.1. Quote sources

The quotes displayed on the Platform are generated on the basis of current market data obtained from external sources. The data received may be processed using the Platform's technical tools and algorithms. The general principles of quote formation and application are established by the Trading Rules.

6.2. Quote used for settlement

For opening, expiring and settling a transaction, the applicable quote is the quote received from the disclosed source, recorded by the Platform server and processed under the Trading Rules. Quotes shown on third-party websites and other trading platforms are not used to settle Atlant Trade transactions.

6.3. Differences between quote sources

Atlant Trade quotes may differ from prices shown elsewhere because of different data providers, aggregation methods, update intervals, transmission delays, rounding, decimal precision and trading sessions. A difference by itself does not prove that a quote is incorrect.

6.4. Delayed or unreliable quotes

Network, data-provider or market-infrastructure failures may cause a quote to be delayed or temporarily unavailable. If the Platform determines before acceptance that a quote is unreliable or stale, the request may be rejected and the relevant instrument may be temporarily unavailable.

6.5. Manifest pricing error

A Manifest Error means an objectively identifiable and material pricing or technical error where the displayed price could not reasonably reflect market conditions. The Operator must not change a transaction result merely because it was financially unfavourable to the Operator.

Where a transaction is cancelled or adjusted because of a Manifest Error, the user should receive notice, the reason for the decision, relevant corrected pricing or market information and details of the complaints procedure.

6.6. Rejected requests and accepted transactions

A request may be rejected before acceptance where the product is unavailable, no reliable quote exists, the displayed price has expired, Account restrictions apply, user verification is incomplete, the request is duplicated or a technical fault prevents valid execution. A rejected request does not create a transaction.

A transaction accepted by the server is binding under the Trading Rules. Closing the application, losing the connection or not receiving a notification does not cancel an accepted transaction. Users should check their transaction history before resubmitting a request.

7. Platform and Technical Risks

7.1. The Platform depends on software, hardware, servers, communications networks, internet access, electricity, data providers, payment systems and third-party infrastructure. These systems may fail or become temporarily unavailable.

7.2. Technical risks include:

• loss of internet connection or power supply;

• device failure or incorrect device settings;

• use of outdated application versions;

• software errors;

• data-transmission delays;

• server or quote-provider failure;

• scheduled or emergency maintenance;

• third-party infrastructure failure;

• malware, cyberattacks and DDoS attacks;

• unauthorised Account access.

7.3. A technical problem may cause delayed quote display, request rejection, delayed transaction confirmation, temporary inability to access the Account, delayed notifications or temporary unavailability of deposits and withdrawals.

7.4. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access to the Platform. Nothing in this document excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7.5. Account security and electronic communications

Users must protect their password, verification codes, email account, phone number, device and payment information. Account access must not be provided to third parties. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to Support immediately.

Emails, SMS messages, push notifications and other communications may be delayed, blocked or intercepted. Users should not rely solely on notifications when monitoring their transactions.

8. Analytics, Signals and Educational Materials

8.1. Atlant Trade may provide trading signals, charts, indicators, market commentary, news, forecasts, strategies, educational articles, videos, webinars and transaction examples.

8.2. Such content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute personal investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an instruction to enter into a transaction or a guarantee of results.

8.3. The content is not prepared with regard to the user’s individual income, expenses, obligations, objectives, experience, knowledge, risk tolerance or tax circumstances.

8.4. Signals, indicators and strategies may be incorrect and may cause financial losses. No strategy works in all market conditions. Users remain solely responsible for selecting the currency pair, direction, amount and expiry time.

8.5. Historical performance, strategy tests, screenshots, hypothetical examples and the results of other users are not reliable indicators of future results.

9. Counterparty Risk and Conflicts of Interest

9.1. Transactions entered into through the Platform are over-the-counter and are not entered into on a regulated stock exchange.

9.2. The Operator acts as a party and counterparty to each transaction concluded by the user on the Platform.

9.3. In that case, the user cannot transfer or close the transaction on an external exchange, and settlement takes place under the Platform quotes and Trading Rules. The user is exposed to the counterparty’s financial and operational ability to perform its obligations.

9.4. A conflict of interest may exist because the financial outcome of a user transaction may affect the counterparty’s financial position. Conflicts should be managed through measures that genuinely exist, including published Trading Rules, independent quote sources, automated settlement and an accessible complaints process.

9.5. Affiliates and persons who introduce users may receive compensation under the Affiliate Programme. The existence and general nature of that compensation must be disclosed. Affiliate content is not independent financial advice.

10. Deposits, Withdrawals and Third-Party Risks

10.1. Deposits and withdrawals may involve banks, card schemes, electronic-wallet providers and other payment providers. The Operator does not control every stage of third-party payment processing.

10.2. A payment may be delayed or rejected because of provider failure, banking hours, incorrect details, currency conversion, payment limits, sanctions screening, suspected fraud, chargebacks, source-of-funds checks or restrictions imposed by the user’s bank.

10.3. Processing times displayed on the Platform are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and do not guarantee receipt by a particular date or time.

10.4. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to Platform fees, bank fees, payment-provider charges, exchange-rate differences and currency-conversion fees. Fees charged directly by Atlant Trade must be disclosed before the instruction is confirmed.

10.5. Before processing a deposit or withdrawal, the Operator may request identity, address, payment-ownership, source-of-funds and other information required under the AML/KYC Policy. A withdrawal may be delayed while a lawful review is completed.

10.6. For security purposes, funds may be returned to the original payment method, a payment instrument held in the Account holder’s name or another verified method.

10.7. A payment reversal, chargeback or unauthorised-payment claim may result in temporary payment suspension, investigation and Account restrictions. User funds must not be withheld solely because the user made a good-faith complaint or exercised a lawful consumer right.

11. Jurisdictions, Age and Taxes

11.1. The Platform is available only to persons who are at least 18 years old, or any higher age of majority required by local law, and who have full legal capacity.

11.2. The platform is not intended for residents of the United States, Canada, Israel, or any member state of the European Economic Area (EEA), including all EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

.11.3. The ability to access the website or application does not mean that use of the Platform is lawful in the user’s country. Users are responsible for determining whether they may register, deposit funds, enter into transactions, request withdrawals and use the Platform products.

11.4. The Operator may restrict access on the basis of law, sanctions, payment-provider requirements, internal jurisdiction policies and risk-management requirements.

11.5. Atlant Trade does not provide personal tax advice. Users are responsible for identifying, reporting and paying any taxes, duties or charges connected with their use of the Platform.

12. No Guarantee of Profit

12.1. Atlant Trade does not guarantee:

• profit or avoidance of losses;

• an increase in the Account balance;

• any particular return or payout;

• the success of a signal, strategy or indicator;

• the repetition of past results;

• continuous availability of any currency pair;

• uninterrupted operation of the Platform.

12.2. No employee, affiliate, representative, trainer, analyst or manager is authorised to guarantee profit or freedom from loss. Such representations should be reported to: support@atlant-trade.net.

12.3. Expressions such as “potential payout”, “return up to”, “payout up to” and “successful transaction” describe possible product conditions but not the probability of achieving a result.

12.4. Users may experience a series of unsuccessful transactions and may lose the full amount deposited into their Account.
