Trading Rules
Fixed-Time Trading Rules
1.1. Purpose
These Rules govern the selection, formation, execution and settlement of fixed-time transactions (a “Transaction”). A User must review them before using a Live Account.
1.2. Key terms
Term
Meaning
Underlying Asset
A currency pair or other market reference available in the interface. If only currency pairs are actually available, references to other assets must be removed from all documents and interfaces.
Direction
The User’s selection of “Up” or “Down” in relation to a Quote movement.
Transaction Amount
The amount reserved from the Account after the Transaction is accepted by the server.
Expiry
The predetermined date and time at which the Transaction result is calculated.
Potential Payout
A condition displayed before confirmation and applied only if the Transaction is successful.
Opening Quote
The asset quote recorded by the Platform’s server at the time the User’s request to open a Trade is processed and executed. If the quote changes while the request is being transmitted and processed, the Trade shall be opened at the current quote recorded by the server at the time of execution.
Expiry Quote
The asset quote recorded by the Platform’s server at the specified Trade Expiration Time. The Expiration Quote is used to determine the outcome and calculate the financial result of the Trade.
1.3. Entering into a Transaction
-
The User selects the Underlying Asset, Direction, Transaction Amount and Expiry.
-
Before confirmation, the interface displays the applicable Potential Payout and other material conditions.
-
Pressing the relevant button submits a request. A Transaction is formed only when the request is accepted and recorded by the trading server.
-
Receipt of a request does not guarantee acceptance. A request may be rejected where no reliable quote is available, a technical failure occurs, the asset is unavailable, limits are exceeded, the Account is restricted or another objective circumstance under these Rules applies.
-
An accepted Transaction appears in the transaction history. The User must check its status before submitting the request again.
1.4. Determining the result
-
An “Up” Transaction is successful where the Expiry Quote is higher than the Opening Quote.
-
A “Down” Transaction is successful where the Expiry Quote is lower than the Opening Quote.
-
Where the prediction is incorrect, the User loses the full Transaction Amount.
-
Where the result is successful, the Transaction Amount and the applicable Potential Payout are credited in accordance with the condition shown before confirmation.
-
If the Expiration Quote is equal to the Opening Quote, the Trade shall be closed without profit or loss. The Trade Amount shall be returned in full to the balance of the User’s Trading Account.
1.5. Risk and payout
The potential profit on a successful Transaction may be lower than the amount lost on an unsuccessful Transaction. A displayed payout is not the probability of success and does not guarantee profit. Consecutive losses may result in the loss of the entire Live Account balance.
1.6. Cancellation and early closure
After server acceptance, a Transaction cannot be cancelled or amended unless the interface provides a specific cancellation or early-closure function. Where available, the Platform displays the offered return, fee and other conditions before confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed for every asset or period.
1.7. Time and trading sessions
The official time of the Platform is the server time displayed in its interface. Asset availability, trading schedules, and the minimum and maximum Trade durations are specified directly on the Platform. The Company may temporarily suspend the acceptance of new Trades when the underlying market is closed, current quotes are unavailable, liquidity is insufficient, maintenance is being performed, technical failures occur, or abnormal market conditions arise.
1.8. Quote unavailable at Expiry
If a reliable quote is unavailable at the Expiration Time, the Trade shall be cancelled and the Trade Amount shall be returned in full to the balance of the User’s Trading Account. This rule shall apply equally to all Trades and shall not be modified selectively based on the financial outcome of any particular Trade.
1.9. Manifest Error
A Manifest Error is an objectively identifiable material technical or pricing error where the Quote could not reasonably reflect market data. The Company may investigate, temporarily hold the affected amount and adjust or void only the affected operation. The User must receive the reason, relevant data and complaint route. A financially unfavourable result for the Company is not, by itself, a Manifest Error.
1.10. Server records
A dispute is reviewed using server logs, request acceptance time, quote source, Transaction parameters and Account history. Device screenshots may be supporting evidence but do not replace the server record.
1.11. Prohibited technical conduct
Interference with the Platform, malware, unauthorised bots, mass requests, exploitation of quote latency or technical errors, coordinated multi-account operations, data substitution and other attempts to obtain an unfair technical advantage are prohibited. A good-faith strategy is not abusive merely because it is profitable.
Quotes and Execution Policy
2.1. Quote sources
2.2. Settlement Quote
Transactions are settled using the Quote received from the identified source, processed under the published methodology and recorded by the server. Prices displayed by third-party websites, TradingView, search engines or other companies are not Atlant Trade settlement Quotes.
2.3. Differences between sources
Prices may differ because of different providers, venues, update intervals, aggregation, rounding, time zones, liquidity and network latency. A difference alone does not prove an error.
2.4. Request execution
A request is processed in the server queue and accepted at the Quote and conditions available when the server processes it. A price or payout shown on the device before acceptance may change; where the change is material, the request should be rejected or the User should be asked to reconfirm.
2.5. Grounds for rejection
-
no reliable or current Quote
-
suspension of the underlying market or asset
-
insufficient technical or market availability
-
insufficient available balance
-
published limits exceeded
-
AML/KYC, sanctions, antifraud or security restriction
-
duplicate or corrupted request
-
technical inability to record the parameters correctly
2.6. Quote-feed interruption
In the event of an unscheduled interruption to the quote feed, the Company may temporarily suspend the acceptance of Trades, synchronize the data with a backup source, and apply the quote unavailability rule set out in the Trading Rules. The source used and the time at which the quote feed is restored shall be recorded in the server log.
2.7. Adjustments
An adjustment is permitted only for a confirmed Manifest Error, software failure or incorrect application of a published rule. The Company may not retrospectively alter a Transaction at its discretion. Notice must identify the operation, reason, original and corrected data and complaint route.
2.8. Server time and rounding
The official time of the Platform is the server time displayed in its interface. The number of decimal places, rounding method, and precision used for quote comparison are determined by the technical parameters of the relevant asset and the data recorded by the Platform’s server. These parameters are applied consistently to all Users of the respective product.
2.9. Technical messages
A push notification, SMS or visual animation is not proof that a Transaction was accepted. Official status is determined by the operation history and server record.
2.10. Execution without advice
The Platform executes parameters independently selected by the User and does not manage the Account. Analytics, signals, indicators and educational materials are not personal advice and do not guarantee results.
