Zero Tolerance Policy for Threats and Abuse

Zero Tolerance Policy for Threats, Harassment and Abusive Conduct

Atlant Trade is committed to maintaining a safe, professional and respectful environment for its customers, employees, partners and support representatives.

Users have the right to ask questions, dispute a decision, submit a complaint and express dissatisfaction with the platform. However, communication must remain lawful and must not include threats, harassment, discrimination, deliberate intimidation or other abusive conduct.

This policy explains what behavior is prohibited, how violations may be reviewed and what measures Atlant Trade may take in response.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all interactions involving Atlant Trade, including:

  • Customer support chats;
  • Emails and support tickets;
  • Telephone and video calls;
  • Social media messages;
  • Reviews and public comments;
  • Communication with employees, contractors and partners;
  • Messages sent through third-party platforms;
  • Any other communication related to an Atlant Trade account or service.

The policy applies regardless of whether the communication takes place through an official Atlant Trade channel or another platform.

Prohibited Conduct

Atlant Trade does not tolerate conduct that threatens the safety, dignity or ability of another person to perform their work.

Prohibited behavior may include:

  • Threats of physical violence or harm;
  • Threats directed at employees, customers, partners or their families;
  • Harassment, stalking or repeated unwanted contact;
  • Abusive, degrading or deliberately humiliating language;
  • Discriminatory remarks or hate speech;
  • Sexually explicit, threatening or offensive content;
  • Attempts to intimidate or personally target a support representative;
  • Publishing or threatening to publish private personal information;
  • Encouraging other people to harass or threaten Atlant Trade representatives;
  • Impersonating another person or organization;
  • Sending excessive, repetitive or disruptive messages;
  • Knowingly submitting false documents or fabricated evidence;
  • Attempting to obtain money, preferential treatment or account benefits through threats, blackmail or coercion;
  • Threatening unlawful action against the platform, its employees or its users.

The context, severity, frequency and apparent intent of the communication may be considered when determining whether this policy has been violated.

Complaints and Criticism Are Permitted

Atlant Trade respects the right of users to:

  • Submit a complaint;
  • Dispute a transaction or account decision;
  • Contact an applicable authority or dispute-resolution body;
  • Request clarification or supporting information;
  • Leave an honest review;
  • Publish a truthful account of their experience;
  • Seek independent legal or financial advice;
  • Report suspected misconduct or security concerns.

A negative review, critical comment or formal complaint does not by itself violate this policy.

Users will not be penalized simply for expressing dissatisfaction, contacting a regulator or describing their experience in good faith. However, criticism must not include threats, harassment, unlawful disclosure of personal information or knowingly false statements presented as fact.

Communication With Customer Support

Atlant Trade support representatives are available to help users resolve account, verification, trading and withdrawal-related questions.

To help the support team review an issue efficiently, users should:

  • Clearly describe the problem;
  • Provide accurate account and transaction information;
  • Attach relevant screenshots or documents;
  • Avoid submitting multiple identical requests;
  • Allow reasonable time for investigation;
  • Keep communication focused on the issue;
  • Avoid personal attacks against support representatives.

A disagreement with a decision does not justify abusive or threatening behavior.

If a conversation becomes abusive, the support representative may warn the user, pause the conversation or end the interaction. The user may be asked to continue communication through a designated written channel.

How Violations Are Reviewed

Reports of threatening or abusive behavior may be reviewed using available evidence, including:

  • Chat and email records;
  • Support tickets;
  • Call recordings where legally permitted;
  • Screenshots and attachments;
  • Account activity;
  • Public posts or messages;
  • Reports submitted by employees, customers or partners.

Atlant Trade may consider the seriousness of the conduct, whether it was repeated, whether a credible threat exists and whether immediate action is required to protect another person.

Not every impolite or emotional message will automatically result in account termination. Measures will be based on the circumstances and severity of the conduct.

Possible Measures

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, Atlant Trade may:

  • Issue a formal warning;
  • End or temporarily pause a support conversation;
  • Require future communication to take place in writing;
  • Restrict access to specific communication channels;
  • Assign the account to a designated support representative;
  • Limit repeated or abusive support requests;
  • Temporarily restrict certain account functions while an incident is reviewed;
  • Request additional identity or security verification;
  • Suspend or terminate access to the platform in serious or repeated cases;
  • Preserve relevant evidence;
  • Report credible threats or suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

Atlant Trade may take immediate protective action without a prior warning when a message contains a credible threat of violence, exposes personal information, presents an urgent security risk or appears to involve unlawful activity.

Account Funds and Withdrawals

A communication-policy violation does not automatically result in the forfeiture of a user’s funds.

Any account balance, open position, withdrawal request or returned amount will be handled in accordance with:

  • The applicable Client Agreement;
  • Withdrawal and refund conditions;
  • Identity-verification requirements;
  • Anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention procedures;
  • Payment-provider requirements;
  • Applicable laws and regulatory obligations.

A withdrawal may be delayed or restricted when additional verification, a fraud investigation, a security review or a legally required compliance check is necessary.

Atlant Trade will not permanently retain deposited funds solely because a user submitted a complaint, expressed criticism or used inappropriate language. Any restriction affecting account funds must have a contractual, security, compliance or legal basis.

Account Suspension or Closure

Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Before closing an account, Atlant Trade may review:

  • The severity of the incident;
  • Previous warnings or violations;
  • The presence of a credible threat;
  • Possible risks to employees or other users;
  • Outstanding trades or transactions;
  • Verification and compliance requirements;
  • Any legal obligations affecting the account.

Where legally and operationally possible, the user will be informed of the account decision and the steps required to settle any remaining balance.

Atlant Trade may limit the information provided when disclosure could compromise another person’s safety, an internal security process, a fraud investigation or a legal obligation.

Requesting a Review

A user who believes that action was taken incorrectly may request a review through an official Atlant Trade support channel.

The request should include:

  • The account holder’s full name;
  • The registered email address or account identifier;
  • A description of the disputed decision;
  • Relevant dates and communication records;
  • Any supporting information or evidence.

Submitting a review request does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed. However, the request will be considered using the available records and applicable platform terms.

Repeated submissions containing no new information may be closed without further review.

Reporting Threatening or Abusive Conduct

Users who receive threatening, abusive or suspicious communication claiming to come from Atlant Trade should:

  1. Stop communicating with the sender;
  2. Preserve screenshots and message details;
  3. Avoid opening suspicious links or attachments;
  4. Report the incident through an official Atlant Trade support channel;
  5. Contact local authorities if there is an immediate risk of harm.

Atlant Trade employees will never require a user to tolerate threats or abuse as a condition of receiving support.

Final Reminder

Atlant Trade welcomes questions, complaints and constructive criticism. Users may disagree with the platform or challenge a decision, but all communication must remain lawful and respectful.

Threats, harassment, discrimination, blackmail and deliberate intimidation may lead to communication restrictions, account suspension, termination or referral to the appropriate authorities.

Communicate clearly, protect personal information and use official support channels whenever assistance is required.
